Head Cook

We are seeking to fill a Head Cook position within our Hospitality department. This position will primarily work out of our Upper Campus and prepare wholesome set menu meals (accounting for some food allergies known in advance) for various student, tourism, and professional groups, typically involving 10-50 participants at a time.

 

Meals will include set cold or European-style continental breakfast, soup, salad and/or sandwich option lunches that may be prepared as a box lunch, and hearty home style cooked dinners at a specified scheduled times for each group. Preparation of nutrition break items may also be required when serving professional development training and retreats.

 

If you love to cook and either living in Charlotte County, New Brunswick or willing to locate here on a seasonal basis then this is a great opportunity for you!

 

Position are available on a full time minimum 35 hours per week basis or for those only available to work on a part-time and/or weekend basis. We offer a competitive hourly wage commensurate with your experience and membership to numerous tourist attractions throughout New Brunswick as an employee of Huntsman Marine.
