Land Development

Huntsman owns about 11.5 hectares (28 acres) of prime land for development within its Upper Campus land holdings. The St. Andrews Town Council unanimously passed its Municipal Plan during a Special Meeting on 16-December-20, which designated this Huntsman property as an Institutional Growth Area to develop the Huntsman Ocean Park. This quantity of land provides a significant economic opportunity with up to 2,000 individuals employed by companies co-located within the Huntsman Ocean Park.
