September 7-10 (Tuesday - Friday)

Program:

Day 1:

12 p.m. noon: Arrive, introductions at Anderson House, 2-hour boat trip; invertebrates study
5:30 p.m. Supper at Anderson Houseteachers

Day 2:

8 a.m. Breakfast at Anderson House
9 a.m. History of St. Andrews, followed by trip to Ministers Island
12 p.m. Lunch
1 p.m. Study plankton in the lab, followed by an intertidal walk at Indian Point
5:30 p.m. An opportunity to explore St. Andrews on your own and have supper in one of our quaint restaurants!

Day 3:

8 a.m. Breakfast at Anderson House
9 a.m. Presentation on invasive species, followed by aquarium tour and introduction to marine mammals and birds
12 p.m. Lunch
1 p.m. 3-and-a-half hour whale and bird watching boat trip
5:30 p.m. Supper at Anderson House followed by a campfire overlooking the BayBlack-cap Chickadee-ws

Day 4:

8 a.m. Breakfast at Anderson House
9 a.m. Bird banding, followed by a hike at the Caughey-Taylor Nature Reserve
12 p.m. Lunch
1 p.m. Depart
