Presented by DiVine Wines and hosted by Winexpert’s own Peter Mills from Halifax, we will taste five commercially produced wines of similar quality to those being offered in this year’s Limited Edition Program. Each wine will be paired with appropriate foods to achieve the best interaction of flavours. Allergy Alert: Shellfish will be part of the food pairing menu.
During this session, Peter will walk you through each of the five wines individually and help you gain a better perspective of how to properly serve, taste and pair wines with foods.
